With due respect it is to be informed you that I have been appointed as Presiding Officer in the General Election to Panchayats,2024. according to the vide memo F. No. 1(11)/DEO(U) /PANCH dt. 18/07/2024. But my only one son, Goural Dhar, has been suffering from Schizo-obsseive disorder from last 5 year. Illness Details:24 years old male presenteed with illness duration of 5years characterized by delusion of persecution, delusion of misidentification with verbal and physical aggression with suicide attempt of high lethality and intentionality with bio-socio-occuptional dysfunction.He is now under treatment of Dr.Naveen Kumar Channaveerachari. Doctor advised that my son should be in family environment. Sir, my son, always in fo Gourab, feels comfortable with me. So, most of the time, I take care of my son.Considering the above circumstances I pray to you that you would  be kind enough to provide exemption in favour of me from the duty of Presiding Officer in the General Election to Panchayats,2024.. bccause loneliness is a risk factor for my son as he has tendency to suicide. Sir, I am also in Medical Leave as I am a patient of high blood pressure due to the disorder of my only son. This is for favour of your wind perusal.
